INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (IADB) The IADB was established in 1959. It now has 47 members, including 26 regional borrowing members with 51.5% of Bank voting rights (Argentina and Brazil 11.07% each), and 20 non-regional with 48.5% (US has 31.8%). The Bank's lending in FY 2009 was $15.5 billion. Traditionally the IADB has been the most decentralized of the MDBs with offices in all 26 members in Latin America. Its country operations are organized in three regional operational groups and it's located in Washington, DC, USA. For IADB sector lending, click here. Its fiscal year (FY) is the calendar year.
